Author, artist Melinda Culea walks miles of city sidewalks and nature paths. These journeys are where she daydreams images and stories. The walking is kin to stirring a pot while making soup, only instead of herbs and such, her mind is mulling images and tales. The seed to her novel was planted after a trip to visit her mother’s 90 year old dance teacher, who lived on a magical farm in the Midwest. Culea wrote the first sentences some thirty years ago and is just now releasing the story as an illustrated mystery novel, Wondago.
